Mint Julep Queen
serves 4-5

1 Bottle of Champagne
½ cup good bourbon, (with a splash more)
½ cup very strong tea
Brew with two tea bags, bunch mint, and 2 Tbsp. sugar.
Chill tea, mint, and sugar mixture. Strain. Add bourbon. Chill.
Add one full jigger of tea/bourbon per glass of champagne.
Garnish with fresh mint. Serve in silver or something equally pretty.
